ALPHA-TAPE ZERO®
ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® edge banding is only intended for use outside of Germany. The delivery of ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® edge banding and of products provided with ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® edge banding to Germany is not permitted. Moderne Kunststoff-Technik Gebrüder Eschbach GmbH hereby declares that it is not consent with the delivery of ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® edge banding, or of products provided with ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® edge banding to Germany.
Based on our environmentally harmless ALPHA-TAPE® PP edge banding, ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® features a special co-extruded functional layer which is color-matching with the top of the edge banding and the pattern. This functional layer is activated by one of the techniques and thus ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® bonds perfectly and durably with the composite material. No matter if it is processed by Laser, Hot-Air or NIR (near-infrared), in through-feed machines or on CNC/BAZ machining centers, an invisible, homogeneous and seamless transition is achieved with all processes. Conventional adhesion promoters or adhesives in processing are superfluous.

FULLY WELDED EDGE JOINT
ALPHA-TAPE ZERO® can be fully welded to itself.
Meaning moisture and dirt do not even have any effect to the corner joint.
